Dutch utility Essent is to announce new partners for its Eemshaven liquefied natural gas project "in the next few weeks," Paymon Aliabadi, managing director of the company's trading arm, said Monday.

Essent's previous partner in the project was US major ConocoPhillips, which decided in September to pull out of the project.
