Essent Trading at the Scuola Enrico Mattei
27 May 2009

Marco Tomasi, Senior Market Analyst at Essent Trading, talked about power markets in Europe at the Scuola Enrico Mattei in Milan on May 27.

Marco addressed MBA students about European power markets, focusing on the need for trading and risk management within the business.

Around 30 students attended the four-hour class, which was part of the programme for a Masters in Energy and Environmental Management and Economics (MEDEA).

During the presentation Marco also introduced the students to the Essent Xpress Platform as an example of how a proactive approach to trading can create a market for illiquid products.

The Scuola Enrico Mattei was established in 1957 by Enrico Mattei, the President of ENI, specialising in post-graduate training in technical and economic disciplines in Italy.

The school became part of the ENI Corporate University in December 2001.
